Adoption has been on both of our hearts for as long as we can remember. When we first started dating, we realized that it was a desire that we had in common. We both have family members who were adopted, so it has always been the norm for our lives. When we decided we were ready to grow our family, we struggled with infertility, and it led us to start our first adoption journey sooner than we originally planned; with that, our amazing daughter joined our family through adoption almost 6 years ago. Our daughter is excited and ready to be a big sister, and we have more love in our hearts to share with another little one and his or her first family, so we are ready to embark upon another adoption journey.
